Carus Books is a small family-owned publisher seeking an organized, creative, detail oriented, and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Marketing Specialist. This position aides in the creation of marketing materials, provides administrative support, and communicates across departments, authors, and agents. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication, project, and time management skills, along with a keen eye for detail and creativity. What you will do:

• Work with marketing, editorial, sales, and production colleagues in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Assist in production, marketing, sales support, calendar management, and data entry
• Communicate comfortably and professionally with a broad group of internal and external stakeholders
• Proofread and develop marketing content
• Assist with social media and website management
